Fix root cause. Hop on accutane, fix habits and make new ones so you don’t bloat (cut out goyslop, potassium, excercise ect)

depends, ssris are really good for those who need them, but it wont magically fix your problems and taking them for water retention and acne is stupid.

however, if you struggle a fuck ton with anxiety then they can def help with other things
