Ok so this is just a theory but I randomly started doing it and it felt so good so I wondered if it might be connected:

I scratch my head for all these dry flakes that acculatate on top of my hair pores. It ends up being very satisfying and I’m glad I did it. Particularly, I also got the area where the hair is growing from, where there is no hair, whatever it is called:

This is also the area where balding starts. And here’s where it gets interesting: by doing this, it felt so satisfying, that I felt as though I could feel this never touched before almost dead part of my body be mixed around and rejuvenated allowing it to breathe. So my theory is, that by daily massaging it giving it attention and by constantly doing this scratching the dry hair off (you are also clearing the pores), you may delay hair growth a bit.

But yeah, do that dry part of head removal thing to the entire head not just there, very satisfying.

There’s a small patch of a circle around that hairless center that feels like it’s dead already and it’s soooo satisfying to know it’s gonna have a few extra years of renewed growth

Bump? This feels so good

thats what nizaral shampoo does retard, none of this will help you at all its cope

Peeling the flakes essentially cleared your scalp improving blood flow. Massaging your scalp is more efficient than scratching. Scratching will do damage
