Please DNR if you're just going to hate and/or not offer advice

I do believe I and everyone else, including everyone on this forum, was made in the image of God.

Unless it's a health concern, I don't rlly believe in hardmaxing and changing what God created.

I already have qualms about taking peptides, of which I'm doing, and steroids, which I plan to do.

God does say our body is a temple, but also to not be overly focused on it.

It's difficult. As long as it's not an idol or it's not out of pure vanity, I would say it isn't a sin. But unfortunately, when we prioritise ourselves instead of God, it does become a sin.

It’s simple

Looks are a social currency

That’s it. Nothing more.

When he says you’re in the image of him, he means spiritually. Nothing about the material world we know can compare to his glory, only the Holy Spirit can. A paralyzed newborn isn’t forbidden from physical improvement.

Money is another equivalent currency, and the Bible says a rich man will have a hard time finding salvation. That’s because money = currency and currency = power, and power can lead to greed and selfishness and sin

So it’s all about what you choose to do with power

If you get rich or attractive and use that power sinfully, then yes you would be better off not even having it

But if you use your power to do things Jesus would’ve done, you’re not committing greed or vanity. if you don’t give in to lust, pride, greed, but instead lift others up and use your power to make positive change, you’re doing God’s work.

Basically there’s nothing wrong trying to improve yourself, just be wary of what you do after you improve yourself

being :blackpill: while following Christ is a hard fate
I mean it goes hand in hand, Christ was one of the first blackpillers when it comes to human nature and the limits of our species

If God gave you an easy life with no resistance or conflict, would you be the same person you are now?

Not really, I would be a normal person or just a person who is happy and experienced love. What people say character development and struggles, that occurs but like in financial situations or other situations. My situation is almost permanent.

How could you know that you would’ve been happy, when you as a human are trapped in a deterministic universe bound to linear time, while God is outside of every limitation and can see every thing and every possible alternative?

I would agree, but because you gave such a good intelligent response prior, I do wanna hear you articulate this, if you can, with a response.

Ok let’s say not happy. But I could be saved from this incel misery. The curiousity to experience something is deadly. And if you live with it wanting to experience it it can become torture. A silent mental one but still. Ofc maybe someone would say it’s not something to make a big deal but after all the brains of different people have different complexities and can endure different things. You might say Gaza kids suffer more as its visual but there are other people who lived worse even tho he had food and other necessities that those people would really die for it.

Thanks bhai

This is just how I interpret it but I’m still learning so it might not be 100%

What I mean is Jesus came at a time dominated by Greco-Roman morality which is “pro-human” and celebrates the ways of our world, at the expense of the unfortunate and weak. Violence was simply a grand expression of strength rather than a cruel tragedy.

Jesus came and saw things like inequality that are created by our nature, and he chose to favor the weak lambs instead of the strong lions. He’s “anti human” because he flipped everything around, he saw our nature as humans will always lead to sin, and sin will always lead to tragedy, so the only solution is something beyond us. Only something we couldn’t taint by even touching could ever guide us (God)

Comparison of suffering is mostly meaningless

But yeah what I mean is suffering is necessary, without suffering we wouldn’t even be living, you will always suffer in some way on this earth so you have to embrace the suffering you were dealt and ask God to guide you through the storm. Maybe you were chosen to suffer this specifically because it would lead to something specific when all is said and done.

Easier said than done

so I should just endure my pain as god decided I’ll be an incel who will be mocked for his looks for the rest of his life. And wageslave till I die without never go on a date with a female.

No I haven’t read, and my alternatives would be two tbh, hardmaxx which I’m planning to or rope. But if I’m honest k think rope is the most probable solution but ofc I’ll try first. Then I’ll be satisfied to rope if the hardmaxxes don’t work

I mean I’m an ugly ND Incel mentalcel who’s literally going blind at 18 and I haven’t roped so if there’s any path for you to live through then take it and pray to God for strength

Not to compare suffering btw but to tell you roping is just retarded

You probably won’t be given eternal life if you do that

For me my worst case scenario plan if I keep losing my vision or the mental health gets too bad is to become a monastic and spend the rest of my life here in spirituality

Well, I’ve seen some information about the Catholic rules that nobody knows. Ofc if I go ER ofc no. But roping silently, that we don’t know cus as they say, only He knows the sufferment of each one of us. I might think I’m in great pain than you but you are the one who really is. Or vice versa. And he forgives too.

You want to rope only because you want to escape your existence here

You want to escape so badly you would do something as drastic as go up to the rope

The rope may be an escape, but it isn’t a good one, it only brings death and grief rather than paradise and love

Heaven is the true escape for people like us

John 15:18 stay strong bro

This is so retarded. The world is a fallen place corrupted by sin which allows for evil and misfortune to be present. Do you think God comedically chose people to be born with facial deformities even if they aren’t “unhealthy? No. Getting a cosmetic procedure to make yourself look better is no different than wearing makeup if you look at core mechanisms.
