No fap / fapping in extreme amounts of moderation is the most sensible worldview. It’s philosophy is the most solid, as it is based on the ability to engage in self control, planning, and create hobbies that actually make use of your time, rather than something that drains it, for a few seconds of euphoria.
People here will often mischaracterize those who claim benefits from no fap. If someone claims their mind is cleared from it and they feel “ascended” in terms of their character and worldview, ppl here will just dismiss them as “delusional” and “part of a cult”.
This is indeed just a defensive mechanism, which has a greater meaning and purpose. It’s not just that people here think they’re a delusional cult, it’s not even close to being just that.
It’s the fact that these people are addicted to masturbation, often from a young age. The only world view they know of is based on one where they waste time chasing small bits of “pleasure” (hedonism).
They have no self control. They have no ability to plan ahead, and they don’t use their time to do something worthwhile, because fapping has completely rotten their head to the core. And of no surprise at that. Since fapping is known to mess with physical and mental health. Yet ppl here have to do it, because they’re a fiend for the next hit of dopamine. Not much different from a meth addict.
No fap is truth. Your penis should be stimulated as part of sexual inter course, not mostly or only as part of intercourse with your hand. There’s a reason why a regular sex haver is happy, while a chronic fapper is often in a bad mental state.
