During the study, the amantadine group lost a mean of 0.8 lb (SD=7.8) and reduced its body mass index by a mean of 0.07 kg/m2 . The placebo group gained a mean of 8.7 lb and increased its body mass index by a mean of 1.24 kg/m2 (SD=1.59).
@the BULL, if you had taken amantidine you could have taken those meds without gaining weight, both groups here were taking meds similar to you
