Looks good
But stability and isolation is a Problem for me so idk if I woudlt help with my arms

2 months maybe. I was really underdeveloped so I started seeing results very quickly

I find this post very informative, but I’m gonna skip neck, as I want to opt for a younger appearance since i’m already to old looking in my opinion.
