I'm not an expert but I would advise you to brush it without toothpaste at all or at least some toothpaste who does not contain Fluoride, because Fluoride is one of the smallest particles known to man and it can easily cross the Brain-Blood Barrier, building up in the brain and calcifying it...

Me myself for example don't brush the teeth at all, I just take off the built up plaque with my nails...

I do have some cavities but that's because I eat too much carbohydrates, and some holes in my teeth that were done by greedy dentists...

I don't have bad breath or missing teeth at all...
