Ok so this guide is going to be mostly focused on skin aging and how to prevent it.
1. Sunscreen. Preferably over 30spf daily. 90% of all visable skin aging is due to uv exposure. Reapply regularly and dont neglect neck or other exposed areas.
2. Tretinoin. Proven to upregulate collegen production. Loss of collegen is generally bad and results in wrinkles or saging in the skin.
2.5 accutane can also be used inplace of tret but most users switch to tret after cycle so kinda redundant.
3. Antiandrogens. You know how most roid users age like shit? Its bc of excessive DHT due to elevated test/higher androgen content. Dht is proven to cause excess oil/sebum production, skin thickening (not good here), and faster aging. To prevent this from happening drugs like finasturide or dutasturide will lower your test to dht converson rate thus slowing negative effects from dht on skin.
4. Ghk-cu. Topical use has extensive evidence of improving skinquality and is approved by the fda.
4.5 Ghk-cu subq. Works systemically to change gene expression signaling to override you dogshit acne prone genetics. Not fda approved and carries risk of endotoxins/heavy metals if u dont do batch testing on ur peps.
5.misc: azelaic acid to even skintone, hydroquinone for hyperpigmentation, etc. Not really antiaging but whatever just add ons for specific needs/goals.
Hope this helps. Luv u
