Antibiotics for acne?

Just went to a dermatologist and she prescribed me a clindamycin gel or ''treclin'' and antibiotics, I been using a stolen tretinoin 0.05% for the last 2 months and now don't know if what i got prescribed is a downgrade or what. also heard that antibiotics are horrible for you, since you gut doesn't ever fully recover from using them.

When you'll stop them acne will go back, and you will fuck up your entire GUT healthy Bacteria which will lead to more 5α-reductase which means more conversion of test to DHT which means more acne, therefore stop this woke dermatologists bullshit and hop on dutasteride to stop DHT which is the main driver OF acne
