Antibiotics- Yellow Tongue

I took antibiotics for a few months.

Since then my tongue is yellow/white and its disgusting.

I believe that my gut is fucked.

Has anyone experienced the same or has solutions?

I stopped using them but they were doxycycline

Did you feel a rush of euphoria when using? Then keep using it, I would recommend penicillin or minocycline and I would avoid starchy foods when on it. PerMitted foods : fruit juices , milk, sugary drinks, coconut oil , eggs.

same and ever since then i’ve had huge acne problems brain fog and many other issues. Antibiotics are horrible and destroy your gut. it’s quite agreed on now but i took it when i was only 15 for over a year

you should look up candida cleanse- it includes oregano oil and other things
