Antinutrients in diet

Should I worry about eating to much stuff like oxalates when eating spinach or other veggies (granted I boil them)?
The problem with this is I'm already predisposed to kidney stones so I have to ingest <100g oxalates per day, but spinach is great source of zinc but I guess I could supplement it.

They have other health effects
Thats loke saying phytic acid is bad cause it impair zinc absorption

what's your diet? Also do you still recommand estriol creal for hair I remember reading a post of yours saying it could be effective for hairline/ overall skin. The thing is I'm not on roids so I'm kinda scared about the feminine effects

Aslkng your on roids you’ll be fine
If not do not use it
My diet is like Nuts beef vegetables
