Go on omegle and force yourself to talk to people.
Then after you practice a bit get on a discord group for a niche you like and talk with people there.
Maybe even try to talk with random ugly girls on snapchat and try to practice on them.

Yeah I also have that problem what I do is just go along what they are saying giving retarded answers most of the time they are so self-absorbed they don't even notice.

Just ask them about any aspect of themselves and they can go on and on.

They may think you are a bit weird if you don't talk much but they will probably still fuck you if you are good looking just look at amnesia.
