Once u are bellow 12% body fat ur notice stuff from 10mg all the way to 40mg I recommend going at 20-25mg then do that 1 week and a half up it up until u get to 40mg keep that for 3-4 weeks then come off

I’d say stay away from roids, judging by your spelling of dosing and anavar your iq isn’t the highest
