There's no problem with them to begin with, and they're almost fully erupted. It looks horrible the idea of removing a healthy and functional part of your body, just as removing a toe just because it isn't needed.

Alledged reasons to NOT extract the wisdom tooth:

  • The wisdom increases our occlusal platform, increasing our postural stability
  • Having sizes increases the maxillary bone which in turn leads to an increase in our jaw bosom, the largest of the paranasal cavities of our skull, filled with air. This reduces the weight of the head, improves the sound sound, helps in heating and humidification of inspired air. It also protects our eyes and brain from mechanical impacts.
  • Improves our masticatory efficiency
  • According to Chinese medicine that has more than 5000 years, sizes participate in the meridian of the small intestine and the heart, in addition to relating to the spine, joints and other organs. Extracting the siso will have an effect on these systems.
  • If your food is appropriate, your good hygiene, if you are accompanied by a biological dentist, this tooth will not cariar and your gum will not ignite either. On the other hand, stress, poor feeding, lack of prevention, carelessness with your mouth can create inflammation and discomfort in these teeth.
  • The extraction of sizes can affect the innervation of teeth, tongue, lip, causing the famous paresthesias, damage to nerves of the region, which can leave you with a sensation of tongue in the tongue, on the lip forever.

Have you finished growing? Then I would said 3rd molar extractions is fine. And honestly a lot of people get 4-8 teeth extractions and they are fine as long as they are adults. It is bad if you get the extractions and dont get the accompanying surgery or get the extractions as young. Otherwise it should be fine from my understanding of it.
