Ive got this shit, i dont know what to do, im currently on tretinoin, i wont do accutane due to its side effects. Does this go away after puberty or nah? Any tips would be muchly appreciated

Im trying the “Pablo diet” but not as much sugar, i didnt notice any changes after i started trying it, ending it at the end of this months, i wont only if i grow like 2cm in a month(im in active stage)
