My “Ascension Plan” (Softmax Aesthetic Optimization Log)

This is my current and evolving plan for facial + physique optimization. Some of these I’ve already tested in the past, but I’m now committing to a consistent version of everything that seems to actually work or at least gives noticeable changes.


Goal is gradual improvement across skin, facial structure illusion, grooming, and physique without anything extreme or irreversible.





1. Base Skin Routine (Started first)


  • Cleanser
  • Moisturiser
  • Tinted SPF




2. Brow + Lash Phase


  • Castor oil on brows/lashes (~2 months, no noticeable effect)
  • Brow shaping / plucking to improve symmetry and create more lifted appearance
  • Brow + lash dyeing for stronger contrast and density illusion




3. Facial Contouring “Illusion Work”


  • Waterline eyeliner / subtle makeup techniques for hollow cheek + jaw definition illusion
  • Vaseline on brows/lashes/skin for contrast and highlight effects




4. Tan / Skin Tone Adjustment


  • Natural tanning for contrast
  • Fake tan + facial tanning drops for consistency and control




5. Skin + Hair Experimentation


  • Dermastamping (skin texture / collagen support / brow density experimentation)
  • Vitamin B serum trials
  • Red light therapy (hair health + skin elasticity support)




6. Eye / Facial Brightness


  • Planning eye drops for whiter eye appearance (researching safest option, e.g. Lumify-type products)




7. Lip + Detail Grooming


  • Lip exfoliation 2x weekly for better texture and colour definition
  • Hismile teeth whitening strips for brighter teeth appearance and overall facial contrast boost




8. Body Maintenance / Support Habits


  • Lymphatic drainage routine 2x weekly
  • ~4000mg potassium daily
  • Moderate cut (not aggressive to avoid negatively impacting growth/training)




9. Gymcelling Plan (Physique Development)


6-Day Upper Body Focus Split


Day 1 – Push (Strength)



  • DB press / floor press – 3–4 sets
  • Shoulder press – 3 sets
  • Lateral raises – 3 sets
  • Triceps extensions – 2–3 sets

Day 2 – Pull (Strength)


  • Pull-ups – 3–4 sets
  • One-arm rows – 3–4 sets
  • Rear delts – 2–3 sets
  • Curls – 2–3 sets

Day 3 – Arms + Shoulders (Pump)


  • Lateral raises – 4 sets
  • Shoulder press (lighter) – 2–3 sets
  • Curls + triceps superset – 3 sets
  • Hammer curls – 2–3 sets
  • Optional abs

Day 4 – Push (Hypertrophy)


  • DB press (higher reps) – 3–4 sets
  • Incline push-ups – 3 sets
  • Shoulder press – 3 sets
  • Dips / extensions – 3 sets

Day 5 – Pull (Hypertrophy)


  • Pull-ups (different grip) – 3–4 sets
  • Rows – 3–4 sets
  • Rear delts – 3 sets
  • Slow curls – 3 sets

Day 6 – Light Upper / Weak Points


  • Pull-ups – 2–3 sets
  • DB press – 2–3 sets
  • Lateral raises – 3–4 sets
  • Arms superset – 2–3 sets
