So I've lost around about 11kg (24lbs) in 8 weeks, but am now really struggling with the sagging skin it has left over.

Literally screws up the entire structure of my jaw to chin area.

Using this oil atm, but anyone else got any suggestions? I know there are some guys on here who have metrosexualmaxxed, so share me any hacks I can use. Cold water? lol

Only 28 so it can't be "over" with saving this sag from bedding in as too permanent, right? Or wrong?

I doubt it’s saggy skin you probably have to lose more BF. If it really is loose skin then try neck training for at least a year (for the love of your vertebrae don’t do neck bridges), and if somehow that doesn’t work, neck lift surgery.

Could still be the high BF and I'm just comparing my face to when I was lean BF, you're right.

Neck training. Interesting. Will YouTube it, cheers.

Try incorporating red light therapy. But I don't imagine it making a drastic change. It might work slowly over time.

Use amilean to tighten the skin, supposedly very effective for that
