Chewing gum or doing something else really helps, also u don't need to stop eating u have to eat less and more healthy food

Just skip your breakfast and stick to 1 or 2 meals a day

Depends if you do become skinny fat you can either do two things one is make your waist look smaller by making muscles basically gym maxxing or just become fat as fuck again and reduce your weight once again

I have a pretty small waist already so mayhap ill just fast and if im skinny then i can always bulk i gain muscle easily so it should be fine
