Any advice/tips to improve facial aesthetics

Am 6 foot around 220lbs with like 18% bodyfat. Am cutting down to 12ish% soon. Half persian and half turkish according to my DNA. Though since im kinda brown, i am sometimes identified as an indian. This was mostly when I didnt groom and didnt go gym. Others recognize me as middle eastern or islander. After meeting me they definitely can tell im middle eastern though. I feel like ive got good lips, though they they are a bit too narrow for its fullness imo. Also eyelashes are lacking plus eyes are hooded i guess. Skin could be lighter to get rid of the indian phenotype. Happy with my nose and teeth but my smile is trash cause narrow lips . I can grow a beard but just never tried. Want to know if theres any tips or advice to improve facial aesthetics and shift away from the association of being labeled as an Indian.

Dad from Iran, so is both his parents. Mother born in iran and so were her parents but my mums dad parents were supposedly syrian and my mums mother side was supposedly greek. Why you ask?

Just asking, Iranians look indian because the there was a migration and the iranians farmers mixed with them, you prop have indian dna, atleast 10%

I know 3 people (from turkey, spain and one other med country) and it showed 5% nigerian, also someone did a test by making his lizard spit and he sent it to see his DNA and got like 50% black and 50% Ashkenazi jew. my head shape imo requires short on the top as adding long hair on top would make my head look long i think. Keeping it short on the sides is also ideal as again i have already a big thickish head haha
