Any advice on how to fix my smile or improve my looks in general? Currently around 20% bf trying to lean out.

Not bad bro, you’ll look 10x better lean. Get to around 12%

I know it is probably just unfortunate genetics but your jaw-line is pretty much invisible due to chubbiness it seems. Also, lean out a bit. I believe that there is HTN to Chad lite potential in you.
