P.S. Yeah im 16 y.o. and still puberty but anyway, I wanna improving until puberty ends

off of pure soft maxes - resistance training 3-5x/week yes ik there’s “no gym for your face” but the hormones the muscle mass will release will be very beneficial to your dimorphism and overall masculine bone development, shape up your eyebrows a bit more and make sure there’s no hair in that uni brow region, make sure your sleeping 8h+/night and some zinc, magnesium, boron, d3+k2 supplements wouldn’t hurt as well as some creatine (not gonna go suggest a peptide or roid stack to a kid), make sure your drinking a lot of water and intaking a good amount of potassium as well as getting lean but don’t worry about a caloric deficit stay in a surplus as long as ur growth plates r open even if ur more chopped right now your jaw is also kinda narrow so train masseters a bit and do some chin tucks for a better jaw

yeah i would recommended using a anti greying shampoo dye, its much more subtle and theres less of a chance you mess up because it takes longer to dye so you can stop at the intensity you want

bonesmash thumpull and goon 3-4 times a day once per week
bonesmash for zygo and jaw thumpulling will push everything out and every week that you goon resets the test spike and then you will have inf test spikes that will lead to you being 6'7ft tall and mog everyone (y)

no shit this site is for autistic ppl I would say just max out everything you can stay around 20% bf dont get lean at a young age it will fuck you up and thats it after puberty its when you can tell someone what to do
