all the results I can find are absolutely horrendous and the proedures were mostly done on subhumans, I have a good base to work on i just need some augmentation for my nose tip, has anyone here tried to make their nose pointier and slightly upturn?

results i find online looks shit

this subhuman's rhinoplasty made her nose look like a dick. Im not trying to narrow my nose, but rather raise the tip up and make my nose longer (jew nose type goal)
