Most malar implants look like SHIT. Why the fuck would you add more mass in an area where if it's too full it'll cause chubby cheeks? Malar implants are the biggest subhuman decesion surgeries you can possibly do

thats why you only augment the top half of the malar area to get the lean high cheekbone look
