Any before/after's of mouth ascension from lefort/bimax?

I'm curious how a lefort 1 can affect and ascend mouth shape. Currently have an asymmetrical, downturned, and small mouth. Forward maxillary movement should increase projection and stretch the soft tissue, but curious if it's significant at all or not. Planning a bimax + genio, but in my consultation was focused on the lower jaw changes. I want to make sure to be specific with what I want from the upper jaw movement as well to get the most mouth improvements.

My mouth and some skull scans. Right side mouth and paranasal area looks way worse imo. Can add more pics if it's helpful.

i've seen people with bad seal getting fixed it and even people with thin lips getting better lips
but i dont see how you could "ascend", small mouth it's gonna be the same

Or what kind of orthodontic work would help(palate expansion?)

i have to be somewhat thankful for my lips after seeing this

if you have a significantly narrow palate, expanding it might be beneficial

upper lips/mouth look much better when I pull it over my teeth too, not sure if that means anything
