Only swim if you are interested in it not because of 'bidelt maxxing'
Gym will be way more effective .
And don't fucking use hgh you may end up ruining your facial harmony and hgh is not proven to increase clavicle length anyway you will only increase deltoids from it which you can achieve by using other safer steroids

Even if you do at max it will increase by 1cm which will come with a price of descending your facial harmony and organ failure .
It's not worth it at all
