Discussion Any “big” difference in terms of gains between 400mg vs 500mg test?

So I started my test cycle with 300mg, which I ran for 5 weeks, than increased to 400mg which I ran for 4 weeks now (9 weeks total). I’m not experiencing any side effects yet, and I was thinking of increasing the dose to 500mg. But is there any noticable difference going from 400mg -> 500mg?

The boring stuff, lifting harder than last time, adequate sleep quality, and a healthy high protein diet at a caloric surplus is what 95% of your gains will come from, not supplements or even testosterone and peptides. Changes are incremental, however it is not as though you will experience a surge of growth. Basically a difference is observed, however it begins to plateu, so yes there is a difference.

Yes, training and diet is locked in. I have not decided yet how long the cycle will be, but as long as possible, than will hop on TRT.

probably just up the aromasin dose with like 2,5 mg when switching to 500 mg test. If you dont have sides know you would probably dont need alot more aromasin. Also i read you wanted to cycle aslong as possible but that is kinda retarded gng. just stay on cycle for a few more weeks and let your body come more healthy again so you will be able to do more cycles in the future.
