find out your caloric maintenance
whatever it is, add a surplus of 500-1000 calories to your diet
do this every day until you've reached your desired bulk weight

diet should really only consist of high dense protein and high caloric foods
- peanut butter, just eat the entire jar
- literally any type of meat
- cheese
- milkshakes
- protein bars

Truck calories, eat in surplus. Be careful once u reach certain weight ur surplus become ur maintaince.
Eat more protein 1lb rule.
I just eat same thing everyday on breakfast. U shouldn't have much variety.
Creatine HCL( i recommend HCL hence it doesnt cause bloating)
Train harder, One of the signs that u do everything right ur appetite increase
Fuck cardio, especially if u skinnycel/wristcel.

Can’t rush it. 500 cal surplus and don’t gain more than 1 pound per week, or you’ll get fat like me

You gain weight, you need to eat a lot more to even maintain that shit
