Just hide your cheekbones/sides of face with your hair maybe, or maybe buzzed sides can help narrow your face down… always be very lean and debloated too..
1.2 midface is crazy, maybe you have sfs? Bimax could ascend you hard by lengthening your face and giving you a taller chin..
