so basically i noticed my "itachi" lines (or wtw its called) started to gradually lower with the fat coming of my face and now i was thinking if the fatty part just dissapears by time will my nasolabials dissapear too?

They are caused by recessed maxilla and face fat, so unless you get forward growth they are staying
