I have to do a small essay on the last elective i have to see before graduating it has to be about any of these countries but it can be literally anything, history, food, culture etc.

I want to pick something china related mostly because weebs and koreaboos already exhausted both countries subjects
Any ideas? It doesnt have to be anything complex, just a bit interesting
