Any clue why my eyes look dull & gray?

My scleras have looked dull & gray for a few months now and I'm not sure why. This could also be normal & I'm just nitpicking, but idk. I know lumify exists, but my eyes don't look too red so I don't know if a vasoconstrictor is the solution.

FYI I sleep 9-10h a night, have a good diet overall, and don't consume junk food or anything like that.

Is there any way to make them whiter? Would lumify help me anyway? Lmk if you guys have a solution
