Nop completely deformed people look better as ogres (fat + beard). if you hvae a massive disroportiontive nose, you can fix your "ratios" with bloat, for example

Jeffrey Dean Morgan looked fine with some fat on him, he looks too lean now, yes obviously there's an age difference in the pics but I still think he'd look better if he were 175 pounds like before

Maybe not bloated but some people hurt their looks going under 15% or 16% bodyfat. It seems to be people where having too low % of fat exposes a weaker jaw.
