Any cope for gigawide hips?

I thought it was just fat but I looked back to my photos of when I was leaner and even then they looked like a fat 40 year old mothers. To be fair i was still like 23% bf so maybe they're not that bad but a lot of it is bone . Any cope? Is there such thing as a hip shaving surgery?
