Any cure to elbow joint pain?

I’m on 6iu Hgh and I don’t have any joint pain outside of the gym
However in the gym after certain exercises my elbows hurt pretty bad and it hinders performance sometimes
Does anyone have a solution to this

my experience is that i had elbow pain and mostly while working out too but I got elbow pain cause of arm wrestling. It just went away after a month or so.

naturally but i didnt stop working out or smth so that might have hindered it.
