Basically I turned out good at manipulating, but I got lucky.

Idk if it’s related to genes, but could be the fact that I grew up small and weak so I had to figure out a way to not let people bitch me.

You have to give yourself trauma, it’s the most important step.

Fall in love with a girl deeply, and wait for her to leave you in the most heartless way. Help her with it, make it possible that she leaves you and destroys you.

Be low inhib even when anxious, do some dumb shit in public or randomly escalate a situation.

After a while, you’ll actually become schizo and dangerous.
