It really depends on what is in the moisturiser, but realistically for the most part, no. I mean, don't go deliberately putting it in there but if you happen to get a bit careless in application then nah, you're good.

Definitely don’t use tretinoin around your eyes brah. also keep it away from your mouth region. As for moisturizer, use it to dilute the tretinoin at first and apply the moisturizer before using the tret and also after. Some people say it makes the tret slightly less potent but it also decreases the irritation on your face a lot.
