Any Dentists Please help (Xrays)

Preface: I have a wide skull and good forward growth, and im pretty sure I can fit my wisdom teeth. I have no pain at all. I went to the consultation a week ago and they were telling me I need them all 4 out. Pretty sure hes just a greedy jew. here are the XRAYS:

They obviously do not fit. The dark areas around them also suggest possible infection.

Also your maxilla seems to have no bone density for some reason.

Dark area is follicle. Maxillary bone is way less dense anyways

I tend to reccomend them to come out only because most people aren't going to do what it takes to keep the area clean enough in their lifetime to prevent perio disease, and when you get older the complications for removing these get worse

Nah don't remove it because it can recess you just a little. Try to expand it or just keep them in and take care of them.

I already canceled it I had multiple dentists look at it saying to definitely not get them removed.
