not everything all the time, another friend of mine in Pakistan also tried finding erdafitinib but he couldn't. he even found a guy who does pharmaceutical the thing is the customs here is pretty brutal, the friend of mine spoke to guy person who does pharmaceutical but he said its pretty difficult to get past the customs he ordered like mk-677 and other bulk supplements but it got seized and had to like pay 360 usd (100k in pkr) just to get it out
