you could dye them even darker as you have dark skin, might help. give eyebrow dye a go and see how it looks, quite cheap

aside from shaping your eyebrows, you can also use dye to make your eyebrows appear darker and fuller. would recommend using minoxidil to promote hair growth because your eyebrows are patchy. you can also use a man pen to temporarily make your eyebrows look more full.
