One can't socialise, nor practice socialising well.
When others don't wanna socialise with you.
Even the smoothest social people, will struggle. Usually it ends on yestermaxxing.

I will go for MTBs that i find personally as HTBs, but mainly i just wanna get over my fear of rejecion so i can be more confident in other aspects of life too, exposure therapy type shit innit

One needs to be able to unaffected by alot of direct and indirect rejections

That can help for lower inhib, and getting a better handle of action control when one goes passive due to gear of rejection. To semi overcome that fear a bit.
