u cant tell if hes mesocephalic, u need to look at how wide his skull is too.
But he looks recessed and gives off a narrow vibe so hes prolly typical dolichocephalic med

Nah he's most likely Mesocephalic, skull shape =/= face shape. I can see his side profile pretty well.
