Any fix for narrow lower third?

My face narrows a shit ton from my maxilla to my mandible. Is there any fix for this? I've already had MSE and will get braces on my mandible in 10 days

Blast Cjc1295 with Ipa then cruise with bpc157

Chewing harder works good just massage it 3x-4x times a week to avoid tmj issues

Yes I had MSE (before i was my entire face narrow) and now just my mandible is narrow.
