so far the day I've got planned.

he'll arrive late morning, since it's a bit of a trip.

I got fresh mint tea prepared made from m. piperita 'chocolate' which is a kind of mint without bitter undertones, I'll soak it beforehand in the hot water to really get the flavor out.

we'll spend a bit relaxing and discussing his journey.

then later around lunch I've got chankonabe planned, I'll pre-prepare the broth and lentil-quinnoa meatballs but we'll chop the vegetables together, should be gentle on his stomach.

after that we've got a few hours to relax together.

so in the afternoon, I'll have the shakshuka sauce pre-prepared, but we'll crack the eggs and sprinkle feta together, (and pre baked chickpeas for crunch) and I'll chuck the baguette slices with sundried tomato paste in the oven to get warm and crunchy.

evening we'll spend by the docks nearby, talking while the sun goes down, I borrowed my mothers e-mtb (she is the only short person in my family lol) hot cocoa made with oat + coconut milk in a thermos.
