Any good diets to help facilitate burning of belly fat that also keep you full?

So.. i’m kind of skinnyfat.

I’m working out using HIIT. I'll usually do three sets, and every set consists of 20 minutes, with each set culminating in the loss of about 105 calories or so.

I’m noticing some improvements but I still have this fucking gut that makes me want to never be seen with my shirtless. All I want is a flat stomach, there’s no way in hell i’d ever get naked in front of a woman looking like this.

So what diets would you bros recommend to me that keep me full and help me lose weight faster?
 
just eat your greens :feelspepo: like mumma says "sleep alot and eat your veges"
 
Try high protein diet that's not ultraprocessed try to include some high fiber vegetables, meats, fruits,berries, fish, you'll not overeat it 100% and you will lose fat don't cheat, don't stress over calories just focus on your food selection
 
Avoid dairy, could be problem because of naturally present hormones that will mess your hunger signaling, get enough sunlight and sleep is very important, avoid endocrine disruptors (eating/drinking from plastic and bpa stuff like that)
 
Cardio won't keep the fat long term, once you stop doing it you'll get your back fat back, it's a good mental thing to lower stress and for heart but long term you will have to adjust diet
 
Stop slaving away and get on Reta or DNP. Will do more good for you than slaving away and starving all day.
