Ideally Victoria-based, otherwise I will probably end up going to Rome, hopefully by EOY.

If you're familiar, please reach out. I will respect your privacy though I'm more interested in if you have experience with surgeons rather than your result specifically.

Thanks :chad::feelsokman:(y)

you should just consult with doctors in your area instead of asking people on looksmax forums

Lucky you. One of the best trimax cases of the past year actually came out of Melbourne. And, surprisingly, the surgeon is a foid.

While you're at it, read this thread about Private Health Insurance and Medicare in relation to maxillofacial surgery : https://looksmax.org/threads/best-countries-for-trimax.1850953/#post-25960885

Wow a real candidate for bimax gets a great result. Who'd have guessed? Now every .org user with 3mm maxillary/mandiublar recession thinks they're going to get this.

If jaw surgery is nthe only thing you need then australia is fine but if you want implants as well I would not do it here because idk any surgeon who even does that all together like italians/turks/brazilians do

Without private health insurance bimax is like $60k aud if everything goes right.

If you sign up for private helath insruance it has to be like sliver or gold and it has to specfiically cover the item numbers and procedures you're having otherwise you still have to pay full price if shit isn't covered. You also have to wait minimum 12 months after you sign up to the insurance. This is fine if you have to do braces for 12-18 months but suifuel if you have to sit like a cuck for a whole year looking subhuman just to save money.

Have you tried selling your bathwater for $90,000 like Belle Delphine did?

You're so unfunny. Imagine involving yourself in discourse just to spout retarded shit with your spare time. You have a pitiful existence.

I'm happy with where I am now, already had a lot of soft tissue work done. I just want to optimise myself entirely and this is what I believe to be the final step. If no Australian surgeon agrees to operate on me then I'll either go with Ram or find another reputable maxfac.

The money is not hugely important. I would obviously rather not spend if not necessary, but I would absolutely spend an additional $x to get it a year earlier.

Going to consult with one of the aforementioned surgeons in this thread and we'll go from there. If I need preoperative orthodontics then I'll of course get insurance, otherwise I'll go straight into my procedure before end of year. Having to deal with some bullshit politics for my university enrollment so I might defer this semester and get it done in the next few months (if possible).

I speculate that I won't need preop ortho, however.

Thanks for your input.

if you find someone in melbuorne whois gtg and money isn't an issue then sure go local but for $60k you could go to someone world class

I've seen "the best craniofacial surgeon in Queensland" (his words) and to be fair the guy is a dentist, ortohgnathic surgeon and cranoifcaial surgeon and was some big dick player in London hosptials before coming to here. During ,my consult the guy said he cuts straight through the descending palatine artery in his lefort 1s when I've watched conferences of orthognathic surgeons from shithole countries talking about making sure to presreve the descending palatine artery to avoid iscahemia and discolouration to the upper incisors. He then said he doesn't do the alar base stitch "because there's no evidence it does anything" and then he said he hasn't looked at a ceph in 10 years and does all his sugrical planning by eye. He also couldn't show me a single case he had done saying he deosn't take before and afters.

I asked him for recs for other surgeons to consult with and he recommended another guy in QLD who declined to even take my case. Overseas he said go see Gunson, Steinbacher, Bell, Walline, or Alfaro
