I’m on Flownase ( fluticasone propionate, corticosteroid) and Ryaltris (Olopatadine, antihistamine +another corticosteroid) and 1 allegra daily. Still suffer symptoms of mostly post nasal drip

I haven’t gotten a stuffy nose in about 2 years from using mouth tape; even with Covid I taped my mouth and never had one.

I tape mouth while sleeping and wake up with mucus lodged in my throat, I have to spit it up every morning
