Any good threads on premolar extraction reversals?

Got 4 teeth removed, and im currently considering surgery in order to fix the damage on aesthetics (will just tell my doctor about sleep apnea or some bullshit)

I dont actually have sleep apnea though, but only got posture problems as a result of the extractions i believe.
Anyways, does anyone have knowledge about this topic or any good threads?
