Any gta vice city players here?Need an advice

I just finished that mission called supply and demand where I gotta drive this fast af boat with Lance to this yacht and after that I gotta shoot down all other boats following me….after I finished that mission I got 10k$ and after that there aren’t any missions on the screen (apart from cell phone missions and some Cuban gang missions which I assume is also a side mission),anyways what do I do now?I got call from Lance later but I don’t have any markers on where to go…..I payed good 7$ for this game
Game is amazing btw,mogs gta 3 which used to be my top 3 gta game
EDIT:Never mind I got a call from some British guy

Get a car and prostitute and drive somewhere where grass is, on low health and you will get a call middle of sex
