Im trying to go from 16 percent body fat to 10-12 percent for lower body fat percentage in the face. I'm not aiming for hollow cheeks yet, althought I'll save up for buccal fat surgery when I'm older jfl.

I haven't seen any good guides on how to leanmaxx safely when your young without stunting your growth, and was just wondering if anybody can drop a few threads below thanks bhaii
 
Just cut in a deficit of around 500 calories and eat healthy, it’s not rocket science

It wont stunt my growth though right? Mb if I sound retarded im just tryna be overly cautious, so If eat 500 less then my maintenance but with the correct nutrients I still grow normally yes?

500 is a lot 400 should be your max. the safest way to leanmax is not to go on a calorie deficit through diet, but through excercise. So eat at your maintenence then burn 300 cals, now ur at a 300 cal deficit. dont pass 400 and ur safe

I also get cardio everyday from my sport

500 is a lot 400 should be your max. the safest way to leanmax is not to go on a calorie deficit through diet, but through excercise. So eat at your maintenence then burn 300 cals, now ur at a 300 cal deficit. dont pass 400 and ur safe

Tbh I would just not even count calories and focus on eating healthy food, 16% body fat is already pretty lean
its not my body I care about its my face fat. my face looks like 20 percent while my body is only like 14-16 percent.
I used to be gymcell for like a year and I was like 11-12 percent body fat then gained weight, but then I stopped lifting because of the mere thought that it might stunt my growth. now I regret it because it make my face fat

Because you are extremely young ffs.
Being extremely lean looking facially at that age is not normal at all.


Be patient and wait till you enter your 20s and the face fat will naturally start to vanish.

I don't want to be extremely lean or have hollow cheeks burh I just don't want to have chubby cheeks. many people have told me I would be "majestic" or in other terms HTN if I lost my face fat, and I want to live life to the fullest in my highschool years and lock in college year

for now just optimize height and face even if it leads to u being bloated. Am optimizing my diet for testosterone dht and growth hormone to optimize bone and height growth even if it means eating hella sodium and getting bloated. Cus ik i can always just debloat when am older but the height and bones are more concrete and permanent. If u want u can hmu I can help u
