Any guides to lip cutting? (I have the tools)

I have 70% Isopropyl Alcohol, an alcohol pad (for the corners of lips), and 6 eyebrow razors. Im planning on soaking the eyebrow razor in the alcohol for 10 minutes, let it air dry, and afterwards use the alcohol pad to sterilize my lips.

Any guides or threads you can share to help? I know the whole premise but I dont know the proper way to cut it (as far as direction, if i curve it a little, the length of the cut, etc). any other tips on what i should get would also be helpful.

if you have downturned lips cut them straight and if you don't, cut them slightly tilted up. use a scalpel if you can get one.

be careful it can take weeks to heal even from a 1mm cut

I cant get a scalpel, used all my money but what abt aftercare? ik Vaseline/aquaphor, no spicy food, but what else?
